Customer Support:

  • Answer customer questions about software products through channels such as tickets, email, phone, or chat.
  • Guide customers on how to use the software system effectively, support in the process of installing, configuring and upgrading the software.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

  • Identify and classify technical problems encountered by customers, then provide quick and accurate solutions.
  • Monitor and supervise customer system status, detect potential errors early and propose solutions.

Software system deployment:

  • Perform software deployment for customers, including installation, system integration, and stability testing.
  • Support customers during post-deployment operations, ensuring the system operates as expected.

Report and feedback:

  • Record and report issues arising during customer support to superiors or relevant departments such as software development or engineering.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions from customers to improve products and services.

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from college or university with majors related to Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or similar fields.
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the software industry.

• Technical skills:
o Understanding of software system technologies, technical troubleshooting ability

o Experience working with ticket management tools (such as Jira, Fresdesk) and customer support systems.
o Have experience/knowledge of Linux, Voip, Database
o Experience/knowledge of Python programming language
o Have experience/understanding of Docker, Micro Service deployment
• Soft skills:
o Good communication and situation handling skills, ability to empathize and understand needs
customer demand
