Job Description

Skills, experience and understanding:

Able to work independently & in groups.
Careful, detailed, honest, eager to learn, highly responsible and decisive.
Creative thinking & synthesis of problems and work content. Able to make a general and detailed assessment of the Company's financial health to provide financial advice and solutions to the Board of Directors.
Good negotiation, diplomacy and leadership skills.
Knowledge of legal document systems and organizations of authorities, good relationships and proficiency in banking procedures.
Able to support the Board of Directors and related departments in: contracts, working with partners, customers, import and export work, management and debt collection support.
Software: office and accounting software. Good understanding of security, information security and virus prevention . Use email fluently and master email culture.
Foreign language : Use basic English in email transactions and information searching.
Candidates with experience in construction is a plus.

Work content:

Perform work in accordance with professional titles under the management and administration of the Board of Directors (and individuals appointed and authorized by the Board of Directors);
Manage the Company's accounting operations according to current accounting regulations and standards.
Company representatives work with tax authorities, banks and credit institutions, and relevant authorities.
Timely update newly issued regulations and decrees of the Government and relevant ministries and branches.
Prepare accurate, clear, and easy-to-understand Accounting & Financial Reports for Company leaders periodically and upon request.
Other tasks as directed and assigned by superiors :

Working regime & benefits:

Working hours:

+ Monday to Friday: morning 08:30-12:00, afternoon 13:30-18:00,
+ Saturday: morning 08:30-12:00

Official salary: Enjoy a competitive salary, commensurate with ability
Probation: 02 months, can receive up to 100% salary
Allowances and allowances:
Lunch: 40,000 VND/actual working day
Phone, gasoline: 500,000 VND/month
