Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Conduct internal data checking and reconciliation between departments and synthesis.
Conduct monitoring, accounting for revenue - expenditure, depreciation, fixed assets, value added tax, debts, other operations and prepare tax reports and office settlement.
Monitor and manage debts, handle debts. Check the end-of-period account balance to see if it matches and is reasonable with the detailed financial report.
Print detailed accounting books and general accounting books according to regulations.
Prepare financial reports by quarter, period, year and provide detailed explanations of the figures in the reports.
Instructions for accounting and processing of accounting transactions in the enterprise.
Participate in inspection, testing and coordination with departments to complete tasks.
Improve reporting system, accounting methods, and accounting processes to suit the business in each period.
Perform statistics and synthesize data related to accounting and finance as required.
Provide accounting data to functional units and board of directors upon request.
Explain all accounting data, provide records and financial reports to tax authorities, auditors and inspectors when requested.
Provide suggestions or recommendations for improvements and measures to minimize risks and errors in accounting processes.
Store company accounting data according to regulations.

Job requirements:

Graduated from Accounting and Auditing majors at the following schools: Foreign Trade University, Academy of Finance, National Economics University, Banking Academy, University of Commerce.
Age 20 to 35.
Have 3 years or more working experience.
Understand accounting operations, have the ability to synthesize and analyze data in reports.
Be disciplined, careful, honest and responsible for work.
Know how to use computer proficiently, especially know how to use Excel and popular accounting software.
Have the spirit of learning and can withstand pressure
