JOB DETAILS: This position encompasses Human Resources (HR) and Administration (Admin) responsibilities, ranging from recruitment, payroll and benefits management, to office management and internal event organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receive recruitment requests from departments.
- Posting job listings, searching for and screening profiles.
- Arrange interviews, send job offers.
- Monitoring the probationary period
- Timekeeping and payroll calculation
- Track annual leave and resignation.
- Implement social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Drafting employment contracts and contract addendums.
- Human Resources Management
- Update employee data
- Resolving issues related to regulations and policies.
- Provide support in handling disciplinary matters and disputes (if any).
- Internal training organization
- Track and evaluate KPIs and performance.
- Managing office supplies and company assets.
- Drafting official documents and internal announcements.
- Managing service contracts (cleaning, security)
- Organizing internal events (team building, birthdays)
- Providing logistical support to various departments.
REQUEST:- Graduated from college/university with a major in Human Resources Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding Labor Law and Social Insurance
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Careful, responsible, and confidential information
