Job Details
- Perform operational management of application software systems including: updating changes, upgrading versions, and strictly complying with the requirements of the Application Operation Procedure;
- Coordinate with suppliers to handle and fix errors in application software;
- Coordinate with relevant units to collect and synthesize information requiring application software updates and upgrades;
- Coordinate with software suppliers to develop testing plans and procedures on application software systems;
- Research, propose and implement, if approved, the optimization of application parameters and configurations to improve the performance of the application software system;
- Conduct testing, deployment and integration of new IT systems with application software systems under the guidance of competent authorities according to regulations/processes;
- Develop regulations, procedures, and guidance documents for the management and development of application software systems;
- Manage company website system;
- Conduct training, guidance and support for users to operate application software.
- Support and handle work related to the business as required by the department head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional qualifications: University graduate, major in Information Technology/Information Technology/Management Information Systems/Software Technology;
- Foreign language proficiency: Able to read & understand technical documents in English;
- Have knowledge of a programming language (nodejs, dot net, java or php)
- Experience in setting up flows and deploying on Power App, Automate (Microsoft) platforms
- Proficient in databases: SQL server 2014 or higher, mysql (basic),
- Good use of design support tools, planning, drawing flowcharts (visio, mind map, Xmind,);
- Ability to synthesize, analyze and plan well;
- Good communication skills, agile;
- Ability to work independently; in a team; withstand pressure at work;
- Honest, careful, responsible and proactive in work;
- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of analyzing and implementing ERP, CRM, HIS EMR projects.
- Candidates who have operated Bravo software or other Trade management software (wholesale, retail), WMS Warehouse management, ERP system
- Understanding of Misa HRM software is an advantage
