    Job Description

    WORK CONTENT

    • Receive technology development requests from business units and analyze business to clarify requirements.
    • Communicate and collect detailed requirements information from customers, analyze and write user requirement documents (URD), requirements specification documents (SRS) for project implementation or user manuals for users. use.
    • Write UAT scripts for Users and prepare test data for Users for UAT.
    • Statistics on user data logged into the system
    • Support users to answer questions related to the system
    • Perform other tasks as requested by the Department Head (if any)
    • Participate in contributing ideas for system development with superiors

    REQUEST

    - Graduated from College/University majoring in IT, Human Resources,...

    - Expertise:

    • Understanding of project implementation models in the field of Information Technology.
    • Know some simple database query commands.
    • Know how to use some software to support process and interface design such as: Visio, draw.io, Figma, AdobeXD, Mockup.

    Skill:

    - Ability to search, collect and synthesize information quickly and reliably.

    - Have skills in writing documents, training, guiding software usage for users and making presentations.

    - Ability to analyze and think logically.

    - Ability to interact well with customers and related departments.

    - Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

    - Good problem solving and problem solving skills.

    - Communication skills, quick learning, self-research and discovery of new IT applications for the company

    Years of experience:

    - Minimum 02 years of experience in Business Analysis for software projects

    - Experience working according to Scrum/Agile

    - Experience in the field of human resources software is an advantage

    - Experience in product development towards SAAS is an advantage
