    Job Description

    Job description
    Scrum Master supports the Scrum team Vietnam in various ways to perform using the Scrum framework
    collaboration with Japan team.
    [Responsibilities]
    Support and facilitate for new Scrum team
    Helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice.
    Coaching the team member to become self-management and cross-functionality.
    Remove of impediments to the Scrum Teams progress.
    Helping in creating/managing backlogs.
    Helping with Scrum metrics collection.

    REQUEST:
    - Minimum 3 years of Scrum Master experience (or BrSE/PM with Agile mindset)
    - Deep understanding of Scrum and software development process
    - Good Japanese (N2 or higher)
    "EXTREMELY STRONG" BONUS POINTS:
    - Have technical skills, know programming
    - Have Scrum certificate (CSM, CSD...)
    - Worked/lived in Japan
    - Can communicate in English (plus point)

    Salary: 2,000USD ~ 3,000USD Gross (Negotiable)

    Working time Monday - Friday: From 8:00 To 17:00
