Job Details
- Receive requests and advise customers on information about airline tickets, prices, ticket conditions, regulations, policies of airlines, etc.
- Reserve seats, track ticket issuance deadlines, issue tickets, track flight status and inform customers.
- Handle customer requests related to booking and related services such as: performing ticket changes, refunds, online check-in, baggage booking, meal booking, Visa, Passport, hotel booking, etc.
- Update airline fare policies, booking systems, new flight routes to advise and set up itineraries according to customer requests.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to best perform the job.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or higher.
- Experience in similar positions. Priority is given to those with experience working at ticket offices and ticket agents.
- Proficient in using international ticket booking systems such as: GDS (Abacus/Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo,...), Portal (IAG, Tripstack, Farelogix, Travelport, Agentconectbiz,...) and other LLC websites/applications.
- Dynamic, active, good communication and persuasion. Love consulting and customer care.
- Honest, responsible in work. Ability to multitask and withstand high pressure at work.
- Good-looking, standard voice, gentle, easy to listen to, no lisp, stutter, or dialect...
- Proficient in office software: word, excel
- Ability to use and communicate in English.
- Experience in selling tickets, tours, visas or having studied airline ticket sales, experience in tourism, foreign languages, information technology, business administration is an advantage.
