1. Operate and manage all activities of the Kitchen department to ensure that all activities meet quality standards and comply with regulations, regulations and processes.

8. Propose recruitment, appointment, dismissal, and transfer of positions and titles in the Kitchen Department according to personnel quotas
9. Develop training programs, directly guide, train or propose external training programs for kitchen staff
10. Record customer opinions about products and services and suggest changes and improvements.
