Position: Backend Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design and develop multi-source data collection systems: crawlers, APIs, RSS feeds, etc.
- Build and operate data pipeline to process, standardize, and store large-scale data (large-scale ETL).
- Design semantic search system based on embeddings and vector database.
- Integrate data with AI systems using the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
- Develop backend APIs to serve AI features in particular and trading features in particular.
- Optimize system performance for processing and storage when data grows rapidly over time.
- Collaborate with teams to maximize the use of AI in work, aiming to increase productivity across the company.
REQUEST
- Requires 3 years of Backend experience, proficient in Node.js and/or Golang. Priority for GenZ
- Experience in building data collection systems or ETL pipelines.
- Worked with vector database (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant,...).
- Understand and apply embeddings in text data processing.
- Knowledge of RAG architecture and AI-enabled data flows
- Proficient in working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Good system thinking, know how to organize source code and data model to be easy to maintain and expand.
Priority to have more
- Experience in building AI systems to support financial or news analysis
Knowledge of stock markets and types of financial data.
Capable of data quality assessment, noise filtering, and natural language processing (NLP) data processing.
Salary (VND: 40M NET (no labor contract)
Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Saturday morning (flexible according to events)
