Work content:
- Analyze system design, build basis, source code structure, investigate and learn techniques.
- Participate with Japanese engineers to operate and develop the company's products and services.
- Communicate with the project's Marketing, Design or PM departments to understand requirements and implementation.
- Go to the parent company in Japan to work or work long-term when requested by the company.
- Review code, support other members.
- Research and develop ideas and solutions to improve processes, improve work performance and product features.
Necessary skills:
- Have a university graduate background in IT department (Priority is given to polytechnic, national or famous universities)
- Japanese level equivalent to N1/N2, fluent Japanese communication.
- Have the intention to go to Japan to work long term.
- Coding experience (web system or mobile application) 5 years or more.
- Experience using React/Next.js, Node.js or Swift, Kotlin
- Experience in tech leading and team leading for 2 years or more
- Experience writing unit tests
- Experience in code review
We welcome you to have the following additional experiences:
- Experience in building project architecture from scratch, infra design, understanding and knowledge of the mechanisms of different frameworks.
- Experience in designing Http API (RESTFul), GraphQL
- AWS or GCP experience
