Job Description
- Responsible for developing, optimizing and maintaining the backend system for applications (Android, iOS, web).
- Design and build high-performance, secure, scalable APIs.
- Collaborate with Frontend, QA, and Product teams to deploy new features and ensure product quality.
- Optimize database systems (SQL/NoSQL), solve performance and scalability issues.
- Research and apply new technologies/tools to improve development and operations processes.
- Ensure clean source code, clear documentation, and compliance with security standards.
- Participate in requirements analysis, propose technical solutions and troubleshoot system problems.
Candidate requirements
- Have 02 years or more experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python/Java/Node.js/C#/Go (or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
- Familiar with Docker, CI/CD, cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and version control tools (Git).
- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of message queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching, or authentication (OAuth2, JWT).
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is an advantage.
- Good logical thinking, ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Careful, meticulous, responsible and willing to learn new technology.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate flexibly in teams.
Prioritize:
- Candidates have real product Deployment projects or code portfolio (GitHub/GitLab).
- Understanding of DevOps, monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana), or automation testing.
- Experience with frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, Express.js, or .NET Core.
