JOB SUMMARY: This role focuses on guiding customers through the development and launch of their e-commerce sites on the DG1 platform, providing ongoing support, and contributing to the improvement of our processes and platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Guide customers in developing and launching their e-commerce sites on the DG1 platform
- Create engaging, visually impressive, and user-friendly designs for customer websites
- Conduct training sessions to help customers leverage the platform's full range of features
- Develop and maintain documentation and resources to support customers throughout onboarding
- Provide ongoing support for DG1.com customers via Zendesk ticketing system
- Address and resolve technical challenges customers face
- Collect customer feedback to refine the experience and enhance product offerings
- Work closely with the development team to ensure customer requirements are met
- Stay updated on the latest trends in web and graphic design, as well as DG1 platform updates
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve our processes and platform
REQUIREMENTS: - Experience with no-code/low-code website platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Strong eye for design and ability to create visually appealing websites
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on time
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- At least 1 year of experience in customer onboarding, support, or a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Experience with website builders (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Additional language skills
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS environment
- Portfolio demonstrating web/graphic design work
