- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan xây dựng dự án thu mua máy móc, thiết bị
- Liên hệ, trao đổi và đàm phán với các nhà cung cấp và sản xuất hàng hóa, thực thi và tuân theo các hợp đồng với các đối tác; tìm hiểu các phương pháp mua hàng để tối ưu hóa quy trình đặt hàng;
- Sắp xếp và theo dõi lô hàng, giám sát về số lượng, chất lượng hàng hóa vận chuyển; tham gia vào quá trình lựa chọn nhà vận chuyển hậu cần và đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động;
- Lập và xem xét chứng từ vận chuyển, tập trung vào việc tuân thủ hải quan khi thông quan hàng hóa nhập khẩu; phối hợp với nhà cung cấp bên ngoài để cải thiện chuỗi cung ứng;
- Giải quyết các vấn đề vi phạm hợp đồng và xử lý các khiếu nại đối với các nhà cung cấp liên quan;
- Liên hệ và duy trì mối quan hệ với nhà cung cấp, nhà sản xuất và nhà vận chuyển quốc tế.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý dự án.
