仕事内容

- 関連部門と調整して、機械設備の購入プロジェクトを構築します。
- サプライヤーや商品メーカーとの連絡、交換、交渉、パートナーとの契約の履行と遵守。注文プロセスを最適化するための購入方法を学びます。
- 出荷の手配と追跡、輸送される商品の量と品質の監督;物流業者の選定プロセスと業績評価に参加する。
- 輸入品を通関する際の通関コンプライアンスに重点を置いて、出荷書類を作成および確認します。外部サプライヤーと協力してサプライチェーンを改善する。
- 契約違反の問題を解決し、関連するサプライヤーに対する苦情を処理する。
- 国際的なサプライヤー、メーカー、運送業者と連絡を取り、関係を維持する。
- プロジェクトマネージャーによって割り当てられたその他のタスクを実行します。
