Mô tả công việc

1. Responsibilities/Trách nhiệm

Work collaboratively with the team in the production of architectural documents through all stages of a project; flexible and able to shift between different tasks from Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Basic Design
Làm việc cộng tác với nhóm trong việc sản xuất các tài liệu kiến trúc thông qua tất cả các giai đoạn của một dự án; một cách linh hoạt và có thể chuyển đổi giữa các nhiệm vụ khác nhau từ Nghiên cứu tính khả thi của dự án, Thiết kế ý tưởng, Thiết kế sơ đồ, Thiết kế cơ sở

Capable of handling multi-tasks or projects at the same time
Có khả năng xử lý nhiều nhiệm vụ hoặc dự án cùng một lúc

Prepare accurate drafting markups (a thorough understanding of construction detailing is essential)
Chuẩn bị các đánh dấu phác thảo chính xác (hiểu biết kỹ lưỡng về chi tiết xây dựng là điều cần thiết)

Assemble construction drawing sets in AutoCAD including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.
Tập hợp các bộ bản vẽ xây dựng trong AutoCAD bao gồm sơ đồ mặt bằng, sơ đồ mặt bằng, cao độ, mặt cắt tòa nhà, chi tiết tường, v.v.

Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed-upon deadlines. Responsible, high-efficient working and good attitude of the team working

Producing Design Reports and Summaries - working with our management team to co-review conceptual and schematic designs.
Thực hiện các báo cáo và tóm tắt các hạng mục dự án cho ban Giám đốc để cùng xem xét, thống nhất bản vẽ.

2. Job Requirement/ Yêu cầu bằng cấp

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or in a related field
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành ngành kiến trúc hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan

- 1+ years of relevant work experience. However, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this job
-1+ năm kinh nghiệm làm việc. Tuy nhiên ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp vẫn có thể ứng tuyển

Ability to use CAD, SKETCH UP, 3Ds MAX, REVIT,...and Render engine and image editors (from the intermediate level to advanced level)
Khả năng sử dụng phần mềm chuyên nghành: CAD, SKETCH UP, 3Ds MAX, REVIT,...và các phần mềm render và chỉnh sửa hình ảnh (từ bậc trung cấp đến thành thạo)

Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Biết sử dụng các phần mềm Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Male or Female, Vietnamese
Người Việt nam, Nam hoặc Nữ

Basic English is required
