    Job Description

    1. Responsibilities/ Responsibility
    • Work collaboratively with the team in the production of architectural documents through all stages of a project; flexible and able to shift between different tasks from Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Basic Design

    • Capable of handling multi-tasks or projects at the same time

    • Prepare accurate drafting markups (a thorough understanding of construction detailing is essential)
    • Prepare correct outline markings (a thorough understanding of construction details is essential)

    • Assemble construction drawing sets in AutoCAD including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.

    • Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed-upon deadlines. Responsible, high-efficient working and good attitude of the team working

    • Producing Design Reports and Summaries - working with our management team to co-review conceptual and schematic designs.
    • Make reports and summarize project items for the Board of Directors to review and agree on drawings.

    2. Job Requirement/ Degree Requirement
    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or in a related field
    • University degree in architecture or related fields

    • - 1+ years of relevant work experience. However, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this job
    • -1+ years of work experience. However, fresh graduates can still apply

    • Ability to use PC, CAD, REVIT and image editors eg Photoshop (from the intermediate level to advanced level)
    • Ability to use specialized software : PC, CAD, REVIT and Photoshop image editing software (intermediate to proficient)

    • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Know how to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint )

    • Male or Female, Vietnamese
    • Vietnamese, Male or Female

    • Basic English is required
    • Basic English
