1. Purpose of the role
The primary role of this position is to oversee and manage various aspects of the recruitment process, which may include sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent in the market.
In addition, the HR Admin will provide support to the HR Team/ HR Manager in various other tasks such as HR activities, HR projects and more.
2. Role Description
80% of the workload will be dedicated to Recruitment, with a focus on Port, Technical and Back Office positions.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: from liaising with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, preparing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to making offers.
- Maintaining candidate data and ensuring recruitment activities are tracked and updated in the internal recruitment system.
- Collaborating closely with relevant departments to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Keeping up to date with talent trends in the relevant industries and proactively suggesting improvement initiatives.
20% of the workload will involve Internal Engagement, CSR & social media
- Supporting internal employee engagement events and initiatives.
- Assisting in CSR activities to promote the company’s social responsibility goals.
- Managing social media content related to employer branding and HR communication.
- Performing other related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
3. Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment or TA roles, preference given to the candidates who have worked in service companies/ multinationals.
- Fluent in English.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Skype, etc.), working with multiple job boards.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner, good time management skills.
- Communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Can-do attitude, integrity, fast-learning ability, result orientation, high level of commitment and responsibility.
