Job Description
As we scale our operations and enhance internal infrastructure, were looking for a hands-on
IT Helpdesk/IT Support to oversee IT activities at our Da Nang office, ensure system stability, and support a secure, efficient working environment for all employees.
- Deliver day-to-day IT support to internal users (workstations, network, VPN, printers, conferencing tools, etc.)
- Set up and maintain laptops/desktops (Windows/macOS), user accounts, and software environments
- Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and access control across internal platforms
- Monitor and maintain office network systems, routers, switches, and virtualization infrastructure
- Handle IT onboarding/offboarding and asset management
- Ensure security protocols are applied, including antivirus, device encryption, firewall and password policies
- Support internal compliance efforts for ISO 27001 and SOC Type 2 certification audits
- Act as the primary contact for all IT-related issues at the Da Nang site
- Liaise with the regional/group-level IT teams for infrastructure alignment or escalations
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and basic network setup
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security
- Familiarity with IT asset management and helpdesk practices
- Practical experience or involvement with ISO 27001 and/or SOC Type 2 implementation is a strong plus
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Intermediate English (reading/writing/speaking)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and IT documentation best practices
- Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) or automation tools
- Experience working in a distributed, international team environment
