Job Description:
- Provide expertise and consultation in the implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors for the company.
- Participate in all phases of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation process, from requirement analysis to deployment and post-deployment support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Advise on best practices and process improvements within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Support end-users throughout the implementation and after go-live, providing training and troubleshooting assistance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or related HR systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Solid understanding of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, - Compensation, Learning Management, and Recruitment.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Working time: Mon - Fri : 8:00 - 17:00 open for remote
