Your Role:
As a
Sales & Organizational Development Consultant, you will use employee survey insights, identify the strengths and weaknesses within client organizations and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
Our clients range from prominent Japanese, global corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises and dynamic startups, providing opportunities to work on impactful and diverse missions.
What Youll Do:
- Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with new clients, focusing on innovative outreach strategies
- Consulting Expertise: Partner with clients to understand their organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to their unique goals.
- Conduct surveys to identify organizational challenges for client companies.
- Propose organizational improvement strategies based on identified strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide hands-on support to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Japanese language proficiency (N2 level).
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in business development.
Desirable:
- Experience working with Japanese companies or international exposure (e.g., studying abroad in Japan).
- Proven track record in organizational development or talent development projects.
- Hands-on experience in revising and implementing HR systems to drive business success.
- Prior consulting experience, particularly in diagnosing and addressing organizational challenges.
Working Details:
- Location: Vietcombank Tower, District 1
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays
- Salary: Negotiable Salary - depending on experience and qualifications
