Mô tả công việc

JOB SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with new clients, focusing on innovative outreach strategies
Consulting Expertise: Partner with clients to understand their organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to their unique goals.
Conduct surveys to identify organizational challenges for client companies.
Propose organizational improvement strategies based on identified strengths and weaknesses.
Provide hands-on support to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Japanese language proficiency (N2 level).
1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in business development.
Experience working with Japanese companies or international exposure (e.g., studying abroad in Japan).
Proven track record in organizational development or talent development projects.
Hands-on experience in revising and implementing HR systems to drive business success.
Prior consulting experience, particularly in diagnosing and addressing organizational challenges.

BENEFITS:

Location: Vietcombank Tower, District 1
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays
Salary: Negotiable Salary - depending on experience and qualifications
Salary increase/Bonus/Incentive: Attractive
