Oversee and improve back-office functions, including administration, HR, accounting, legal, and procurement
Provide reporting and decision-making support to the management team
Manage and optimize internal approval workflows and authorization processes
Handle escalations from various departments and drive issue resolution
Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies and compliance standards
Manage HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance review processes
Oversee vendor management, contract review, and renewal procedures
Establish and streamline operational processes in a startup-like environment
Communicate and coordinate with HQ in Japan or other global offices
Collaborate with the finance/accounting team on invoice management and budget tracking
Requirement
Uni Graduated
Female candidate, approximately 3244 years old.
Business-level English proficiency; Japanese ability is a plus.
Over 5 years experience of Back-office management in a multinational / foreign IT company (ideally 50+ employees).
Experience in a startup environment is a strong plus.
At the same time, must have solid experience with processes typical of mid-sized organizations, such as approval workflows, escalation procedures, and cross-department coordination.
Salary :
