MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Xây dựng cơ cấu, quy trình, mục tiêu, định hướng, kế hoạch phòng Kinh doanh
- Đào tạo kiến thức sản phẩm, kỹ năng bán hàng dựa trên quy trình đã được kiểm duyệt
- Kiểm tra đánh giá nhân viên
- Thiết lập, tạo dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng. Nắm bắt mong muốn và giải quyết yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Đề xuất các chương trình, chính sách chăm sóc khách hàng
- Xác định các thị trường tiềm năng cùng những biến động thị trường, cập nhật tình hình của các công ty đối thủ và các sản phẩm mới
- Tuyển dụng, bố trí nhân sự và đánh giá chất lượng nhân sự
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khi phát sinh hoặc theo yêu cầu của BGD Công ty
YÊU CẦU
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Kỹ thuật vật liệu xây dựng,… hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có ít nhất 3 – 5 năm kinh nghiệm sales dự án liên quan vật liệu xây dựng, gạch ốp lát, sơn, nội thất phòng tắm, cửa kính, thanh nhôm…
- Có network với các công ty trong lĩnh vực Xây dựng: Nhà thầu, công ty Xây dựng,…trên cả nước là một lợi thế
- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, hiệu quả công việc
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày, phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề
