JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Location & Work Details
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Google Ads Manager to join our team. This role requires experience in managing Google Ads & YouTube Ads, combined with a proactive, self-starter attitudesomeone who doesnt wait for instructions but actively seeks out opportunities for growth, improvement, and higher ROI.

Location: 100% Remote, within Vietnam.
Employment Type: Full-time - No Moonlighting or Part-Time Work Allowed - Must have no ongoing commitments or obligations that would interfere with the role
Job Industry: Skincare - Main Markets: U.S. & Canada.
Standard package: 10 - 16 million VND/month (Base salary + Monthly bonus)
Working hours: 8.0 hours per day (flexible hours) with 1 weekly day off
Probation: 02 months (100% salary)
5 annual sick leaves, and 12 annual paid leaves. Paid national holidays according to Vietnams official schedule

2. What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Manage search, display, and YouTube ads with a strong focus on ROAS and conversion optimization.
Constantly experiment, test, and refine campaigns to maximize efficiency and lower acquisition costs.
Optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to increase engagement and conversions.
Use Google Analytics & ad insights to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and quickly pivot strategies if needed.
Keep up-to-date with Google Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies. You will not just "execute" but also proactively suggest, strategize, and push for optimizations.
Work cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Provide daily and weekly reports on work progress and campaign performance.
