JOB SUMMARY:
Lead the operations in store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing, product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the operations in store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing, product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales.
- Monitor communication with buying and merchandising to ensure effective coordination.
- Prepare and complete online store orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship and deliver.)
- Receiving goods from Distribution Center.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store and keep up to date with product information.
- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: strong grasp of Làm Việc Nhóm, understanding of Làm Việc Độc Lập, Nhiệt Huyết, Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp and Quản Lý Thời Gian.
