    • Lấy booking từ hãng tàu theo yêu cầu của khách hàng, làm chứng từ HBL & MBL, Debit note cho khách; submit SI, VGM cho hãng tàu; gửi pre-alert cho đại lý. 
    • Biết submit Si cho các hãng tàu 
    • Đưa ra các giải pháp tốt nhất cho khách hàng khi có phát sinh ( Xin lấy container sớm, xin hạ trễ, giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh về container khi gặp sự cố,..
