    _ Obtain booking from shipping line according to customer's request, prepare HBL & MBL documents, Debit note for customers; submit SI, VGM to shipping lines; Send pre-alert to agent.

    _ Know how to submit Si to shipping companies

    _ Provide the best solutions for customers when problems arise (Please pick up containers early, please drop them off late, solve problems arising with containers when problems arise, etc.
