Mô tả công việc

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Ứng viên sẽ đóng vai trò Senior Full-Stack Developer / Tech Lead, chịu trách nhiệm dẫn dắt kỹ thuật và team trong các dự án phần mềm thực tế.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Technical & Architecture
- Thiết kế và phát triển hệ thống full-stack (Backend + Frontend)
- Phát triển backend services bằng Python (Django hoặc tương đương)
- Phát triển frontend bằng JavaScript / React.js
- Thiết kế API, database schema, đảm bảo scalability, performance & security
- Đưa ra quyết định về technical direction, stack, best practices
Team Leadership
- Lead team 4-6 developer / tester
- Phân công công việc, theo dõi tiến độ, đảm bảo chất lượng đầu ra
- Mentor & review code cho junior / mid-level
- Xây dựng coding standards, code review culture
Project Leadership
- Lead dự án end-to-end: từ phân tích yêu cầu - thiết kế - triển khai - vận hành
- Phối hợp với stakeholders để làm rõ yêu cầu & scope
- Quản lý backlog, estimation, delivery timeline
- Chủ động xử lý rủi ro kỹ thuật & sự cố production

YÊU CẦU:

Có kiến thức nền tảng về lập trình (Python hoặc JavaScript)
Hiểu cơ bản về software development lifecycle
Có tinh thần học hỏi, trách nhiệm và chủ động
Không yêu cầu ngoại ngữ
Phù hợp với fresher / junior 2 -3 năm kinh nghiệm đang tìm môi trường phát triển khả năng quản lý nhóm và tham gia các dự án quốc tế.
