    • 開発チーム（3 名）を率いて、高品質な成果物を実現します。
    • バックログ項目から機能/バグの開発とテストを実行し、コードベースに直接貢献します。
    • 技術的な決定について相談し、開発者向けのコードレビューを実施し、テスター向けのテスト結果をレビューします。
    • CI/CD パイプラインを構築および維持し、プロジェクト全体の展開を監督します。
    • 非機能要件 (パフォーマンス、セキュリティ、信頼性) の開発に関与します。
    • リーダーが技術バックログ、ロードマップ、リスク管理を定義するのを支援します。
    • チームメンバーに客観的なフィードバックを提供し、成果の達成を支援します。

    - 仕事内容：

    • バックエンド: Pythonと Django に関する豊富な経験。
    • リーダーシップ:ベスト プラクティスを設計し、チームの技術的知識を評価する実証済みの能力。
