2. Job duties:
- Human resource management
- Recruiting and arranging office and production personnel
- Training and giving orientation to new employees
- Implementing internal and mandatory training programs according to regulations and labor law
- Monitoring, drafting and managing labor contracts
- Implementing the process of signing contract, terminating labor contract, handing over
- Employee profile and documents management
- Management of C&B
- Implementing and supervising the work of attendance management, salary calculation, social insurance, personal income tax
- Communicating and working with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention andfighting, Labor management department, etc
- Advising and proposing to the director board on issues in the field of human resources such as: organizational structure, training and recruitment, salary and bonus plans, welfare regimes for employees, regulations of labor law, handling situations occurring in production labor, issue between the company and employees or between employees, etc.
- Communication work
Planning, reporting and implementing company events
Transmitting documents, announcements, policies from the company's management to employees
- Other tasks assigned by director or from regional headquarter HR.
Job requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in production field.
Have experience in HR Management is preferred.
- Language: Having ability to speak fluently both English and Korean is plus. Otherwise, English or
Korean - Business Level
- Have a strong network and can deal with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, etc.
