    Mô tả công việc

    Job Description:
    • Recruit and update candidate profiles in the internal system.
    • Disseminate company policies and regulations; draft contracts and answer questions, complaints, and grievances for employees.
    • Monitor and update changes in salary, bonus, and benefits of employees.
    • Coordinate document processing; work with government agencies and service companies inside and outside the country.
    • Perform some tasks assigned by superiors when necessary.

    Requirements:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Excel, etc.).
    • Ability to calculate and update data accurately. Good English proficiency.
    • Teamwork, carefulness, meticulousness, and a desire to learn.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
    • Work in HR team (3 members)

    Working hours:
    • From Monday to Friday (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM - only night shift).

    Salary:
    • 3-month probation: 10,300000 VND.
    • Official salary: 13,800000 VND.
