    仕事内容

    仕事内容：
    • 内部システムで候補者のプロファイルを募集および更新します。
    • 会社のポリシーと規制を広めます。契約書を作成し、従業員の質問、苦情、不満に答えます。
    • 従業員の給与、ボーナス、福利厚生の変更を監視および更新します。
    • ドキュメント処理の調整。国内外の政府機関やサービス会社と協力します。
    • 必要に応じて上司から割り当てられたいくつかのタスクを実行します。
    要件：
    • Microsoft Office (Google Sheet、Google Doc、Excel など) に習熟していること。
    • データを正確に計算および更新する能力。良い英語力。
    • チームワーク、慎重さ、几帳面さ、そして学びたいという気持ち。
    • 同様のポジションでの 1 年以上の経験。
    • 人事チームで働く (3 メンバー)
