- Giám sát nhân viên theo chính sách của Công ty
- Đảm bảo sự an toàn cho khách hàng và nhân viên trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ, thiết bị tại Trung tâm giải trí.
- Phối hợp với Bộ phận tiếp thị và thực hiện các chương trình Giải trí tại trung tâm.
- Quản lý và bàn giao ngân quỹ chính xác trong mỗi ca làm việc
- Làm tấm gương tốt cho nhân viên cấp dưới về kỷ luật, phong cách và tác phong làm việc
- Tham gia vào công tác đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên và điều hành nhân sự bao gồm huấn luyện các khóa học dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng, tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm.
- Hỗ trợ quá trình tuyển dụng ứng viên phù hợp cho các vị trí chăm sóc khách hàng (CS) toàn thời gian và bán thời gian ở Trung tâm
Yêu cầu:
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng, quản lý đội nhóm
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Có khả năng lãnh đạo và quản lý nhóm
- Có khả năng lập kế hoạch và tổ chức công việc.
- Khả năng làm việc nhóm
- Khả năng tư duy và giải quyết vấn đề
- Khả năng chịu áp lực trong công việc
- Khả năng hoàn thành đúng thời hạn công việc được đề ra
- Yêu cầu làm việc theo giờ linh hoạt.
