- Supervise employees according to Company policy
- Ensure safety for customers and employees while using services and equipment at the Entertainment Center.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department and implement Entertainment programs at the center.
- Manage and hand over budget accurately during each shift
- Set a good example for subordinates in discipline, style and working style
- Participate in training, staff development and human resource management including training in customer service and product standards courses.
- Support the recruitment process of suitable candidates for full-time and part-time customer service (CS) positions at the Center
