Job Role: Customer Service
Working location: Room 2003, Floor 20, Sunwah Tower, 115 Nguyen Hue, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chí Minh City.

Main responsibilities:
- Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by the Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
- Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with the Manager to respond to clients.
- Filing & documentation.
- Handle other customer servicesales administration tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
- English communication skills.
- Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
- High pressure & time management skills.

- Working time: 40 hours per week, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
