Engage directly with Japanese customers to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to railway operations and systems.
Understand domain-specific workflows such as train operations, scheduling, transport control, or infrastructure-related systems.
Bridge communication between client-side teams and offshore teams in Vietnam ensuring accurate transfer of requirements, clarifications, and design feedback.
Participate in discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align expectations, scope, and delivery plans.
Coordinate task planning, manage clarifications, and follow up on delivery issues with a strong sense of ownership.
Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure traceability across the requirement and delivery lifecycle.
Promote high standards of quality and consistency in line with Japanese working culture and expectations.
