    仕事内容

    - 動的なチームを監督し、名簿作成、モニタリング、ブリーフィング、コーチングなどを通じて、トランスコスモスのクライアント管理サービスをチーム メンバーにサポートします。
    - タイムリーかつ正確な方法でクライアントから CS エージェントへのカスケード更新を強力に保証します。
    ・サービスコンタクトセンタートランスコスモスのクライアントをサポートするプログラム全体で発生した問題の判断とその分析。
    - 操作の異常をプロジェクト管理者に報告
    - 最高のサポートを提供し、最高水準の標準と作業効率を維持するためのベスト プラクティスをエージェントに共有します。
    - 運用をサポートするために、自発的に着信電話またはデジタル連絡先を取得します
    - エスカレーション ケースを処理するために自発的にアウトバウンド コールを行う
    - 合意された開発期間内に、CRM および CX のすべてのユニットの品質向上に参加する
    - 製品/プログラムを顧客サービス用のシステムに更新する責任があります (従業員サポート機能)。
    - アクティビティ レポートをチーム パフォーマンス レポートとして日単位、週単位、月単位で提供します。
