    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are a leading Japanese corporation specializing in organizational development consulting services, recognized for helping organizations achieve sustainable growth. As part of our ambitious global expansion, we are establishing a new branch in Vietnam. Join a pioneering team where your contributions will shape the foundation of our operations in this promising market, primarily working with renowned Japanese clients.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with new clients, focusing on innovative outreach strategies
    • Consulting Expertise: Partner with clients to understand their organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to their unique goals.
    • Conduct surveys to identify organizational challenges for client companies.
    • Propose organizational improvement strategies based on identified strengths and weaknesses.
    • Provide hands-on support to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher.
    • Japanese language proficiency (N2 level).
    • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
    • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in business development.
    • Experience working with Japanese companies or international exposure (e.g., studying abroad in Japan).
    • Proven track record in organizational development or talent development projects.
    • Hands-on experience in revising and implementing HR systems to drive business success.
    • Prior consulting experience, particularly in diagnosing and addressing organizational challenges.

    BENEFITS:

    • Location: Vietcombank Tower, District 1
    • Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
    • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays
    • Salary: Negotiable Salary - depending on experience and qualifications
    • Salary increase/Bonus/Incentive: Attractive
