    仕事内容当社は英国資本の会社で、主にアジアで玩具を製造しています。ニントゥアン（ベトナム）で品質管理の経験（玩具分野での経験があれば有利）で、品質管理の役割を担い、オンラインチェックを実施し、FRIレポートを作成する候補者を探しています。

    品質管理責任者は、ベトナムでの製品の品質基準を維持する責任を負います。私たちは、柔軟性があり、独立して働き、細部にまで気を配れる人材を必要としています。受験者はエンジニアリングおよび製造プロセスの知識があり、この業界内でスキルを向上させる意欲がある必要があります。論理的思考と問題解決スキルがあれば尚可。

    勤務地: 従業員はニントゥアンの工場で勤務します。
    労働時間: 40 時間/週 - 5 日/週

    勤務中に貢献できること:

    • ライン上で指示を実行し、各小さな部品の品質から完成したパッケージ製品に至るまで、生産のすべての段階で製品が当社の品質要件に準拠していることを確認します。
    • 各生産段階の品質管理プロセスをレビューして、品質プロセスが遵守されていることを確認します。
    • 曳航テスト、コンテナの出荷テストなどのランダムテストを実行します。
    • オンライン検査ですべての品質問題を特定して解決し、改善が当社の要件を満たしていることを確認します。
    • 製造のすべての段階ですべての参照サンプルをチェックして、当社の要件に準拠していることを確認します。
    • AQL レベル II に従って最終抜き取り検査を実施します。
    • 到着した材料に問題がないか確認し、承認書と材料サンプルと比較します。
    • 当社の要件を確実に遵守するために、サプライヤーの品質問題および製品要件について話し合います。
    • サプライヤーの QA/QC スタッフが当社の製品と要件を理解できるようにガイドします。

    職務要件

    • 繊維、玩具、履物業界での品質管理における 5 年以上の経験。
    • 関連する業界の品質検査技術と製造プロセスを理解する。
    • 繊維工学の学位を持っていると有利です。
    • 柔軟かつ独立して働く能力。
    • 英語によるコミュニケーションスキルがあれば有利です。
