仕事内容
以下に主な仕事内容を記載します。ただし、慣れていない場合は、私たちがトレーニングすることもできます。主な仕事は以下のとおりです。ただし、これらの仕事を知らない場合は、会社が研修します。
- MQP モニタリング Char に基づいて、毎日のファブリック検査のために工場でファブリック ETA をフォローアップします。 / MQP 追跡ボードに基づいて、毎日の生地検査のために工場との生地 ETA の進捗状況を追跡します。
- 生地のトーンを確認/生地の表情と生産のための生地の色の確認/生地のトーンと生地の表面を確認し、生産のための生地の色の確認
- MQP モニタリングチャートの生地検査を毎日更新し、MIS を NIKE システムに入力します。/ チャートの生地検査を毎日更新し、MIS を Nike システムに入力します。
- 工場のファブリック欠陥を解決し、交換が要求された場合は DIS レポートを発行します。/ 工場のファブリック欠陥を解決し、交換が要求された場合は DIS レポートを発行します。
- 実際の裁断数量/影響を受ける欠陥のある衣類については、予約のための部分出荷/不足出荷数量が必要であることを最終確認し、マーチャンダイジングおよび生産チームに更新します。 / 実際の裁断数量、影響を受ける欠陥のある衣類、部分的に出荷する必要がある衣類などを関連部門に記入し、更新します。
- トップマネジメントへの月次レポートの MQP 不一致レポートを毎週更新します。 / 取締役会への月次報告のための差分報告書を毎週更新
- NIKE への月次レポートの MIS レポート (ベンダー品質パフォーマンス) を毎月更新します。 / 月次更新 MIS (サプライヤー品質パフォーマンス) レポートをナイキの月次レポートに追加
