JOB DESCRIPTION

- Base on MQP Monitoring Char to follow up Fabric ETA with Factory for daily fabric inspection. / Based on MQP tracking board to track fabric ETA progress with factory for daily fabric inspection.
- Confirm fabric tone/ Face and verifying Fabric color for Production/ Confirm fabric tone, fabric face and check fabric color for production
- Daily update Fabric Inspection in MQP Monitoring Chart & key in MIS into NIKE system./ Daily update fabric inspection in chart and enter MIS into Nike system.
- Resolve fabric defect for factory and issue DIS Report if replacement requested./ Resolve fabric defect for factory and issue DIS report if replacement is requested.
- Finalize and update to Merchandising & Production Team actual cutting quantity/ defective garments affected need partial shipment / short ship Qty for booking. / Complete and update related departments with actual cutting quantity, defective garments affected and need to be partially shipped.
- Weekly updating MQP Discrepancy Report for Monthly Report to Top Management. / Weekly update of difference reports for monthly reporting to the Board of Directors
- Monthly updating MIS Report (Vendor Quality Performance) for Monthly Report to NIKE. / Monthly update MIS (supplier quality performance) reports into monthly reports for Nike
