仕事内容

- 予約顧客情報を会社のシステムソフトウェア (仕事、個人、会社のチームの仕事を管理するためのソフトウェア) に入力します。

- ツアーを予約したばかりの顧客に予約確認メールを送信します。

- ツアーに参加する前に電話で予約を確認し、お客様の質問に答えます。

- ゲストが使用するアプリケーション (Whatsapp/Zalo/Line/Kakao talk) を通じてゲストと対話し、ツアー中の顧客の苦情に関するフィードバックを記録して統合します。

- ツアーの最後にお客様に感謝の気持ちを伝えます。

- 顧客ケアポリシーを実施し、古い顧客との関係を維持し、割り当てられた仕事に従って顧客満足度を高めます。

・勤務形態：フルタイム交代制週6交代制［午前3日＋午後3日］任意休暇1日

朝勤：午前7時30分～午後5時

午後のシフト：午後12時から午後9時まで
