仕事内容

- 求人詳細：

門を警備し、出入りする者を管理せよ。
駐車違反切符を発行し、職員に規則に従って駐車するよう指示する。
定められたスケジュールに従って、ドアの開閉、照明やエアコンのオン/オフを行う。
一日を通して、会社の周辺地域について、定期的なセキュリティチェック、施設点検、清掃状況の確認を実施する。
植物の手入れ（スケジュールに従って水やりをする）を行い、前庭をきれいに掃除してください。
テーブル、椅子、共有スペースをきちんと整理整頓してください。
地上階、2階、3階、屋上を含むすべてのエリアを点検し、安全で事故がないことを確認してください。
シフトの開始/終了業務を実行します。鍵と電話を受け取り、管理者に引き渡します。
必要に応じてその他の業務を支援する。

- 職務要件:

男性、年齢（18歳以上）、学歴は中学3年生以上、健康状態良好、勤勉で責任感がある。
正直で、慎重で、非常に規律正しい。
警備、建物管理、オフィス業務の経験があれば尚可。
