Job Description

- Job details:

Guard the gate and control who enters and exits.
Issue parking tickets and instruct staff to park according to regulations.
Open/close doors, turn lights and air conditioners on/off according to the prescribed schedule.
Conduct regular security checks, property inspections, and cleanliness checks of the area surrounding the company throughout the day.
Take care of the plants (water them according to a schedule), and clean up the front yard area.
Arrange the tables, chairs, and common areas neatly.
Inspect and ensure that all areas (ground floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, rooftop) are safe and free from incidents.
Perform shift opening/closing duties: receive and hand over keys and phones to the Admin.
Assist with other tasks as required.

- Job requirements:

Male, age (18+), education level from grade 9 or higher, good health, diligent, and responsible.
Honest, careful, and highly disciplined.
Experience in security/building/office work is preferred.

Salary: 9-10 million VND + performance bonus
