Tổ chức, vận hành công tác nhân sự của Công ty, chú trọng mảng đánh giá thành tích và phát triển nhân sự:
- Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn, biểu mẫu và tiến hành tổ chức đánh giá nhân viên định kỳ hàng năm;
- Hệ thống, theo dõi thành tích và hồ sơ năng lực của đội ngũ nhân viên, đề xuất và tổ chức các hoạt động đào tạo để nâng cao trình độ, kỹ năng làm việc cho nhân viên;
- Tham gia xây dựng các chính sách lương, thưởng tương xứng với thành tích, kết quả công việc và vai trò, trách nhiệm của từng vị trí.
- Giám sát, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các công tác nhân sự khác trong Công ty: Tuyển dụng, tổ chức hoạt động nội bộ, C&B, truyền thông nội bộ...
- Tư vấn, hỗ trợ ban giám đốc trong công tác xây dựng các chiến lược nhân sự.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác nhằm đảm bảo công tác nhân sự của Công ty.
Yêu cầu vị trí tuyển dụng:
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm đảm nhiệm công tác nhân sự, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các công ty trong lĩnh vực Công Nghệ Thông Tin, IT - Phần mềm...
- Kiến thức chuyên sâu và kinh nghiệm thực tiễn trong việc xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống đánh giá nhân viên;
- Định hướng phát triển theo hướng nhân sự tổng hợp, quản trị nhân sự;
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, xây dựng mối quan hệ, xử lý tình huống và giải quyết vấn đề tốt;
- Nhiệt tình, trung thực, trách nhiệm và có tinh thần hợp tác, hỗ trợ cao;
