    +職務内容:

    - 社内の各部門の作業手順を設計、適用、管理する。会社の文化とビジョンを維持するために、ポリシーと体制を確立し、実施します。
    - 戦略的プログラムと計画を推進して、会社が最善の長期および短期計画を立てられるように支援し、会社が正しい方向に進むのを助けるための前提を作成し、会社に競争上の優位性を生み出し、会社が収益と利益をもたらすのを助ける利益。
    - ビジネスの運営、アクション戦略の提供、従業員へのポリシーの伝達、および人事部門がコア チームを構築するのを支援する上で CEO を支援します。
    - 会社の日常業務を監督し、部門長 (マーケティング、注文管理、人事、財務など) を直接管理する
    - 会社のビジネス戦略の議論と計画に参加する。
    - パートナー/ベンダーとの関係を管理します。

    +仕事の要件:


    - 最高執行責任者または同様の役職として 3 年以上の実務経験があること。
    - テキスタイル、フットウェア、バックパック業界でのチーフ オペレーション オフィサーとしての実務経験がある方は優遇いたします。
    - 英語と韓国語の両方が上手であること
    - VICTORIA'S SECRET/PINK/WALMART/UNIQLOブランドのバイヤーとのネットワークを持つことは大きなプラスです
    - 戦略的計画と事業開発に関する以前の実用的な知識は必須です
    - 優れた組織力と時間管理能力
    - 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力
    - 優れた対人スキルとリーダーシップスキル
    - 人的資源管理、手順評価の設定と適用に関する深い知識
    - 問題解決の考え方と、問題を迅速に診断し、潜在的な問題を予測する能力
