+ Job Descriptions:
- Design, apply and manage working procedures for divisions in the company. Establish and implement policies and regimes in order to maintain the company's culture and vision.
- Promote strategic programs and plans to help the Company get the best long-term and short-term plans, create a premise to help the Company go in the right direction, create a competitive advantage for the Company and help the Company bring in revenue and profit.
- Assist the CEO in running the business, giving action strategies, communicating policies to employees and helping the HR department to build the core team.
- Supervise daily activities of the company and directly manage Head of Department (Marketing, Order Management, Human Resources, Finance...)
- Participate in the discussion and planning of the company's business strategies.
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
+ Job Requirements:
- Having more than 3 years of working experience as Chief Operations Officer or similar positions.
- Previous working experience as Chief Operations Officer in industry of textile, footwear, backpack will be a plus
- Good command of both English and Korean is a must
- Having working network with buyer of VICTORIA'S SECRET/PINK/WALMART/ UNIQLO brand is a strong plus
- Previous working knowledge of strategic planning and business development is mandatory
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of human resource management, setting up and applying procedure assessment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
