- Management of the Media team.
- Manage projects of the Media team, including the filming, design, scripting teams,...
- Research and analyze the market to orient the strategy, make a master plan, write a proposal to present ideas. Collect and analyze key metrics and user insights on social networks for proper optimization.
- Strategic orientation, plan to develop communication activities on social networking platforms, provide deployment form, categories and time (checklist and timeline), performance evaluation indicators for every quarter, every month (KPI),…
- Manage content posting activities on Social Media channels: Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok,... and measure effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct management.
- Editing and post-processing the videos to ensure the full brand identity of the company in the videos.
Carrying out the work of editing, taking photos in the company's programs and events.
