Job Description

- Support the Department Head and sales team in Marketing & Digital Marketing activities.

- Coordinate the implementation of online marketing campaigns (social media, digital content)

- Creating and managing content for posting on online marketing platforms.

- Support in producing marketing materials (POSM, banners, posters, promotional brochures)

- Writing and creating media content, PR articles, and promotional materials for the company.

- Participate in organizing and implementing events, activations, and promotional programs.

- Support in managing OOH activities (if any) and outdoor advertising channels.

- Collect, update, and manage marketing data and documents.

- Coordinate market surveys and information gathering.

- Managing venue registration, preparation, and procurement of equipment for marketing activities.

- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

Job Requirements

- Male/Female, under 35 years old

- College/University graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

- Possess basic knowledge of Marketing & Digital Marketing

- Understand and effectively use social media platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram

- Experienced in or have previously participated in organizing events, activations, and on-ground marketing activities.

- Knowledge of outdoor advertising (OOH) is an advantage.

- Modern design thinking, good aesthetic sense, visual perception.

- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint.

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Corel Draw (or equivalent design software) is an advantage.

- Possesses good communication and teamwork skills.

- Proactive, highly motivated to learn, and responsible in their work.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

- Basic English: reading comprehension and simple communication.

- Knowledge of motorcycle products and motorcycle parts is an advantage.

- Working location: K3TT2-SH05, Tay Ho Tay Urban Center, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam
