- Job details:
- Work at the consultation counter, providing information about courses at KEY IT (Training provided)
- Registering students, collecting tuition fees, and taking attendance for evening classes.
- Posting articles and sending messages to provide information about courses via Facebook and Zalo.
- Answer phone calls and provide support to students as needed.
- Other related tasks as directed by management.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, plus one shift on and one day off on Sunday mornings from 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM.
Work location: KEY IT Training Center, Le Trong Tan Street, Tan Son Nhi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Job requirements:
- Male/female under 35 years old, good communication skills, pleasant appearance, students preferred.
- Possesses strong persuasive and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Honest, self-motivated, and meticulous in work.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consulting, sales, customer service, etc.
